Happy New Year everyone. I hope you all had a beautiful break, filled with relaxation and plenty of down time- I sure did. New Year, new beginnings. I spent my time reflecting on the year that had been and giving my intensions to the universe for the year ahead. You should too. I always like to write them down, hide them somewhere that I won't forget and then dig them up at the end of the year. It's always interesting to see what you've achieved and what has changed- change is good and a healthy thing to embrace.
